These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Royal Throne Plumbing and its clients. By requesting or scheduling services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Royal Throne Plumbing ("Contractor") provides licensed plumbing services including rough-in plumbing, finish plumbing, underground and slab work, and service and repair work for general contractors, developers, and property owners ("Client") in Northern Colorado.
All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of a licensed master plumber in accordance with applicable Colorado state codes and local building requirements.
2. Job bookings and scheduling
Job bookings are confirmed upon the Client's receipt and acknowledgment of a booking confirmation from Royal Throne Plumbing. Bookings submitted through our website, SMS, or phone are considered requests until confirmed in writing or via SMS confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any job request at our discretion. Schedule availability is subject to change, and we will provide reasonable notice of any scheduling changes.
Clients are responsible for ensuring site access, necessary permits, and required inspections are arranged prior to the scheduled work date. Delays caused by lack of site access or missing permits may result in rescheduling fees.
3. Pricing and estimates
Pricing is provided on a per-job basis and communicated prior to commencement of work. Estimates are based on the scope of work as described by the Client. Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions, scope changes, or Client-requested modifications will be billed at our standard rates.
We will notify the Client of any material changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are Net-30 from the date of invoice. Invoices are issued upon completion of each job or project milestone and delivered via QuickBooks to the email address on file.
Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfer and check. Payments should reference the invoice number provided.
Accounts past due beyond 30 days are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Royal Throne Plumbing reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding past-due balances until payment is received.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
In the event Royal Throne Plumbing must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergency, illness), we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with the Client to find the earliest available alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Workmanship warranty
Royal Throne Plumbing warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party modifications, misuse, acts of nature, or issues arising from materials supplied by the Client or other contractors.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We will evaluate and repair covered defects at no charge.
7. Materials
Unless specifically included in a written quote, materials are not included in our labor pricing. When we supply materials, they will be billed at cost plus a standard handling fee. The Client is responsible for the cost of any materials damaged or rendered unusable due to conditions outside our control.
8. Liability
Royal Throne Plumbing carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by the state of Colorado. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or project delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate project information, site conditions, and any known utility locations. Royal Throne Plumbing is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
9. Independent contractor status
Royal Throne Plumbing operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.
10. SMS communications
By providing a phone number and requesting services, you consent to receive SMS messages from Royal Throne Plumbing related to job bookings, confirmations, invoices, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed by the parties.
